My more traditional style benches are very reasonably priced for hand-crafted items. As with the curved benches, these have been very popular as memorial benches in private gardens as well as in cemeteries and at National Trust properties.

Traditional park bench, made from oak. The legs are made from 3-inch thick oak and this bench can be any length.

Garden bench

Similar to the oak park bench but made from 5cm thick oak for the legs and waney edge boards for the back. These benches were a commission and can seat 2 people.

The back rest is mortised and tennoned into the back legs and the arms are shaped. Legs are made from 3-inch thick oak and the seat and back from 1.5-inch thick planks.
