Sculptural seating is carved from a solid block of wood with a carved seat permanently attached.
The inspiration for the designs shown below, comes from unfurling fronds of fern and bracken, known locally as 'fiddle-heads' and which can be seen in the spring and early summer.
'Duet' or 'Fern' come in a variety of sizes and woods depending upon your budget. Oak is the most durable and more expensive option, redwood or Western red cedar is the cheaper choice.

Sculptures made from a single plank of oak, can be made from 2 feet high up to 8 feet.
This one is about 3 feet by 1 foot and costs £235

Wooden fish carved from planks of oak or ash and burnt, from 14 inches to 8 feet long. The one here are up to 2 feet long and retail for £48 each

Code MG1

This is front and back view of a 'megalith' sculpture made from recyled wood, a type of Iroko.
Size; 90cm, these can be made as garden sculptures, wall plaques, or free standing in any size.
Cost from £80 upwards.

These seats need to be dug into the ground. Just dig a hole and put the seat into it, then firmly compact the soil around the seat. There is no need to use concrete to set the seat in, unless erected in a public place where security is an issue.
